Gutti Kakarakaya(Bitter gourd curry)

Ingredients::

Kakarakaya:: 1/2 kg

red chillies::5

cumin seeds::1 tablespoon

garlic cloves::2

peanuts::1/4 cup

salt to taste

oil::1 cup

Procedure::

Wash the kakarakaya and make a slit in the middle for stuffing.In a blender add red chillies ,garlic, peanuts,salt ,cumin seeds and make a coarse powder.Now in a pan heat 1 cup of oil and add the kakarakaya slowly and fry on medium heat until they are tender and have little color.Remove and let them cool a little.Now fill the kakarakaya with the powder and fry them in pan without oil for few minutes without lid.Remove and enjoy.

Taste good with rice.

Stays good outside for two days.
