Dosakaya Pachadi(Yellow cucumber chutney)

Ingredients::

Dosakaya ::1

green chillies ::2

red chillies::2

tamarind::size of a small lemon(soak in little water for 15minutes)

urad daal::1 teaspoon

chana daal::1 teaspoon

mustard seeds::1/2 teaspoon

turmeric::1/2 teaspoon

salt to taste

oil::1 tablespoon

Procedure::

Wash and peel the dosakaya and cut into small pieces.Make sure the seeds are not bitter.Cut the coriader leaves and chillies into fine pieces.Now sqeeze the juice from the tamarind and mix into the dosakaya pieces.Make sure the juice is thick ,donot put lot of water to soak the the tamarind.Add the chillies ,coriander,turmeric and salt into the dosakaya and mix well.Now in a pan heat a tablespoon of oil and add urad daal, chana daal, mustard seeds and let the seeds splatter .Pour it into the dosakaya mixture and mix well and enjoy.

Stays good outside for a day.Lasts for two days in the fridge.
